Meatballs in Cranberry Wine Sauce
A surprising twist to the classic meatball dish. The Cranberry Wine Sauce is a little sweet, a little savory, and a little spicy.
- 14 oz Ackerman Sweet Cranberry Wine
- 5 T cornstarch
- 12 oz chili sauce
- 1 pkg (32oz) pre-cooked meatballs
- In large pot or slow cooker, cook wine and cornstarch until thickened.
- Add chili sauce and stir
- Add meatballs
- Serve warm
This wine shows off the sweet side of cranberries. With bold cranberry flavors and tart berry finish, this wine would complete any holiday meal.
