Meatballs in Cranberry Wine Sauce

A surprising twist to the classic meatball dish. The Cranberry Wine Sauce is a little sweet, a little savory, and a little spicy.


  • 14 oz Ackerman Sweet Cranberry Wine
  • 5 T cornstarch
  • 12 oz chili sauce
  • 1 pkg (32oz) pre-cooked meatballs


  1. In large pot or slow cooker, cook wine and cornstarch until thickened.
  2. Add chili sauce and stir
  3. Add meatballs
  4. Serve warm
