Chocolate Raspberry Wine Sauce

Lucious and decadent, this chocolate raspberry wine sauce is fantastic over ice cream or your favorite cake.


  • 1 – 14oz pkg caramels
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup Red Raspberry Wine
  • 2 T cornstarch


  1. In saucepan combine first 4 ingredients
  2. Cook over low heat until melted
  3. In separate saucepan heat wine and cornstarch until thickened
  4. Add to chocolate mixture and serve over cake or ice cream
