Chocolate Raspberry Wine Sauce
Lucious and decadent, this chocolate raspberry wine sauce is fantastic over ice cream or your favorite cake.
- 1 – 14oz pkg caramels
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup Red Raspberry Wine
- 2 T cornstarch
- In saucepan combine first 4 ingredients
- Cook over low heat until melted
- In separate saucepan heat wine and cornstarch until thickened
- Add to chocolate mixture and serve over cake or ice cream
