PAIRINGS: An Evening of WINE and Appetizers

Come to Amana and indulge in an evening of wine and specialty appetizer pairings from three award winning Iowa wineries. This is the third year for this popular event that features tastings of 6 wines and appetizers expertly paired together. Ackerman Winery, Fireside Winery in the Village, and White Cross Cellars have teamed together for this fun evening of wine and appetizer pairings in the village of Amana.
Participants will be directed to begin their journey to each of the wineries that are located on Amana’s main street across from each other.
Pairings is a ticketed event and is limited to 60 individuals.

FIRESIDE WINERY IN THE VILLAGE:
Pulled Pork Sliders, with the WurstFest winning BBQ sauce, Raspberry Chipotle, topped with a slice of Havarti cheese. Paired with our New Marquette Rose.
Corn & Bean Salad, paired with our LaCrosse wine.

ACKERMAN WINERY:
Blueberry, Feta and Honey-Caramelized Flatbread Pizza paired with our Edelweiss Wine. Our newest offering of our Estate grown Edelweiss is better than ever. On the nose, complex notes of fresh cut grass, white pepper, eucalyptus, melon, and magnolia flowers lead a rich, fruit-forward palate with hints of citrus and pineapple.
