CHRISTMAS KICKOFF at Ackerman Winery

Ho, Ho, Ho! It’s the official KICKOFF to the holiday season! Here in Amana it is the beginning of the magical Prelude to Christmas, featuring the SHOP SMALL WEEKEND.
Here at Ackerman Winery we are offering a super special of 25% OFF ALL Glassware all weekend long.
On Friday, November 29th, join us from 2-4 for our Happy Hour and enjoy half-price drinks!
Saturday, November 30th, learn how to make fun and easy holiday cocktails at one of our WINE MIXOLOGY DEMONSTRATIONS:
11:00 am, 1:00 pm, & 3:00 pm
Viewers of the demonstrations will be able to sample the cocktails, and given the recipes to take home.
At 4:00 pm, join us for the first of our series of “Reindeer Games”, the “Christmas Gift Wrap-OFF”
HOW TO PLAY:
Two teams (of two people) compete to see who can wrap their present the fastest. The trick is each member of the team has to hold a glass of wine (or water) the entire time they are wrapping. So basically each person on the team is one handed. The team that wraps their gift the fastest wins an Ackerman Prize!
And don’t forget to bring the kiddos by for our very popular Nutcracker Scavenger Hunt! Find 18 of the 36 Nutcrackers hidden in our store. Return your completed form to be entered into a weekly drawing for an Ackerman Prize. Drawings will be held on Dec 8, 15, 22 & 29.
