YOGA & WINE!

What could be better than a little bit of wine and a little bit of stretching and moving to relax your brain and body? Join Everybody Bend Yoga at Ackerman Winery for a one-hour yoga event, designed for beginners and perfect for all skill levels. Bring a mat if you own one, though extra mats and all other props are provided. After the class, enjoy a glass of wine (or mocktail) or your choice. (Included in registration price)
